Capital Law shortlisted for Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at the Private Equity Awards 2020

In their 19^th year, these awards are the longest running private equity awards in Europe, and recognise the best in private equity in the continent. The regional legal adviser category focuses on growth of market share, deals advised on, and overall growth of the team and their strategy throughout 2019.

Our dedicated lawyers advise clients from a wide range of sectors, on both national and international private equity transactions, to help them achieve their growth ambitions.

This wealth of experience, together with our growing reputation as a commercial and pragmatic adviser, has seen our private equity client-base continue to grow and meant that we were able to advise on more private equity transactions during 2019 than in any previous year.
