Capital wins Best Advisory Firm of the Year
The FinTech Wales Awards took place last night, bringing together a host of talented companies and individuals to recognise the achievements of the thriving Welsh FinTech sector.
Wales is continually seen as an emerging tech region in the UK, with the fastest growing digital sector outside of London, and a continually strengthening financial and professional sector.
In June, we received the news that Capital Law was shortlisted for the ‘Best Business Advisory Firm of the Year’ category.
Facing some stiff competition in Harrison Clark Rickerbys and GS Verde Group —and looking forward to an evening amongst some of Wales’ brightest techies and professionals—the team headed to Tramshed, in Cardiff, for the awards.
On the night, we were announced as the winners of ‘Best Advisory Firm’ for the second year in a row. This achievement reflects the efforts and strength of our Financial Services team, particularly over the last year, and cements our standing in the Welsh FinTech arena.
Our team is continuing to grow and works with some market leading businesses within the FinTech and InsurTech space, including Zego, Cover Genius, Azur Underwriting, Collective, Thing Co, Cuvva, Portabl, and Akoni Hub as well as supporting Fintech Wales and the cohort of the Fintech Wales Foundry.
