Alex Prothero

Alex is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

He acts on all aspects of corporate work, advising on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and management buyouts. He also advises on company incorporations and general corporate governance issues.

Alex trained with Capital, completing two of his seats with the Corporate & Private Equity team. He also spent a year as a Paralegal in our Corporate & Private Equity team on a professional placement as part of his degree. During this time, he spent a month on secondment with one of our clients, where he worked closely with their HR and legal department.
