Cai is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.

Cai assists with a variety of commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Capital, Cai worked in the Litigation and Disputes Resolution Department of a leading Dublin-based commercial firm where he assisted with a variety of contentious and regulatory issues. Cai also spent time working in the Law Department of Dublin City Council where he gained experience in litigation, conveyancing, and data protection.

Cai completed his undergraduate degree in Law in Dublin City University.

  • Assisting in advising the BMA in connection with the amount of service charges claimed by NHS Property Services (“NHSPS”) from around 300 general practice surgeries across England.
  • Assisting in advising a large logistics company in a dispute concerning their position as a member of the management board of a joint venture.
  • Assisting in advising a German aristocrat in a dispute regarding the ownership of a luxury flat in Kensington.
  • Assisting in advising a construction company in a professional negligence claim against their previous solicitors.
  • Advising an individual in respect of a crypto-currency scam which saw over £300,000 worth of Ethereum being forcibly removed from their “crypto wallet”.
