Carrie Gwyther

Carrie is a Solicitor in the Commercial Disputes team, and assists on a variety of corporate, insurance and sports disputes.

Carrie also works with the Education department and assists a number of primary and secondary schools with their enquiries, with a recent focus on Freedom of Information Requests and Data Subject Access Requests.

Prior to starting at Capital Law, Carrie undertook pro-bono work for the Welsh Rugby Union and advised on commercial property disputes. She also assisted in the writing of a chapter for the book ‘Great Christian Jurists in English History’, published by Cambridge University Press.

I have been working with Carrie for over a year and she has been a great support to me and my business. She has been diligent and responsive in dealing with my matters. Her advice has been thoughtful and she has a very good eye for detail.
