Cerith is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team and completed his training at Capital.

He acts on all aspects of corporate work and has acted on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and management buyouts. Cerith also provides support on general corporate advisory workstreams.

Prior to starting his legal career, Cerith spent several years as an insurance broker for a leading firm of brokers, specialising in legal indemnity insurance.

Cerith is a fluent Welsh speaker.
