Chloe started her training contract with Capital in September 2019 and qualified into our Corporate & Private Equity team in July 2021.

She acts on all aspects of corporate work and has acted on a variety of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, and management buyouts.

Prior to joining Capital Law, Chloe worked as paralegal processing a large case load of claims for NHS continuing healthcare funding. This role enabled Chloe to work closely with clients advising on decisions regarding patient funding. She was also able to gain experience in representing clients at NHS review panels.
