Chris Miles

Chris has extensive customer service and sales experience, from his various roles working in the voluntary, retail, insurance, banking and customer services sectors.  He has worked in team leading positions and on the sales floor in a variety of contact centre environments.

Chris’ primary role is to contact new and existing clients to develop relationships and to communicate the funded training the firm provides through the Welsh Government, part financed by the European Social Fund. This covers Leadership & Management, Organisational Development, Health & Safety, Employment Law, HR and Occupational Health.

Chris liaises between clients and the relevant heads of department for both Capital People and Capital Law, to ensure effective meetings are arranged and strong business relationships are formed.
