Danielle Bragg

Danielle Bragg

Danielle Bragg is a Trainee Solicitor undertaking her first seat in our Commercial Property and Construction, Energy and Projects team.

Prior to joining Capital, Danielle worked for an energy company where she assisted the Commercial and Legal Director in commercial and property law matters. Her experience in this role, dealing with construction contracts (NEC) and energy contracts (Connection Agreements), meant joining the Construction, Energy and Projects team was the logical next step.

Danielle joined as a paralegal before becoming a trainee at Capital. She advises in relation to development finance, construction and energy projects. Danielle also supports the commercial property and banking team with the property elements of their transactions.

Danielle has written a number of articles that have been published in online publications – most recently discussing the de-carbonisation strategies in Wales and tidal energy. She is also involved in the Welsh Law Initiative and will be moving to her second seat in October 2018.
