Danielle Bragg

Danielle Bragg is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial Team.

Before joining Capital, Danielle worked for an energy company where she supported the Commercial and Legal Director in commercial and property law issues. She has experience in dealing with construction (NEC & JCT) and energy contracts (Connection Offers and Agreements).

Danielle made the natural step to Capital’s Construction Team in September 2017 and began her training contract in the same team in April 2018.  During her second seat she was seconded to Admiral Financial Services Limited, furthering her understanding of commercial law, GDPR and the financial services industry.

Danielle completed her third seat with the Commercial Disputes team, enjoys contentious work and is also involved in Capital’s Welsh Law Initiative.  Danielle is in her final seat in the Corporate and Commercial Team and will qualify in March 2020.
