Dean is our Facilities Manager, ensuring that our office runs safely, efficiently and sustainably at all times.
Dean joined Capital in November 2011, originally as Administrative Assistant to Operations Director. He has since built up his experience on the management of our office, becoming Facilities Manager in 2015.
Before Capital, Dean worked throughout the UK for an air conditioning company for 3 years, where he learnt the trade of installation and servicing.
Dean has a NEBOSH General Certificate, a Level 3 Award in Facilities Management, a Level 2 Business & Administration Award, as well as Fire & First Aid qualifications.
