Elizabeth is a solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team, with a focus on advising family-owned businesses.

Her work involves company and group re-structuring, acquisitions and disposals, investments, EMI schemes, partnership and shareholders’ agreements and general company advice. She also advises High Net Worth individuals and their private trusts, family companies and groups

Elizabeth has completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates for England and Wales and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
