She also helps clients with corporate restructuring, demergers, and joint ventures, advising on the establishment of new special-purpose-vehicles (SPVs) to conduct a variety of projects.

Elizabeth works with private companies, trust corporations, charities, not for profit and public sector clients on their corporate governance matters, including director and trustee duties. She also prepares bespoke shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and advises on the establishment of management incentive schemes.

A qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the global professional association for specialists in succession planning, Elizabeth advises individuals on the establishment of family offices.

Grŵp has worked successfully with Capital Law and Lexington to complete the purchase of North Wales Training, and I was very pleased with the professional guidance we received during this journey.
