Early Careers Manager
Ffion is our Early Careers Manager, overseeing the Lawyers of the Future Programme.
Her role has developed within the HR team, working closely with our Talent Manager. Ffion leads our Lawyers of the Future programme, consisting of managing our trainee programme, vacation scheme, paralegal pool, and our newly qualified solicitors. She builds and manages relationships with universities to ensure our strong pipeline of graduate recruitment. Building strong relationships and providing support and guidance to our juniors is Ffion’s aim, ensuring everyone has the best start to their legal career at Capital.
