Gareth Williams-Davies

Gareth joined Capital in March 2018 after spending 10 years as a corporate lawyer in the City of London.

Gareth specialises in advising UK and international clients on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional transactions. He acts for private equity houses, large property investment companies, listed companies and international financial institutions.

Gareth also advises on private company mergers and acquisitions.
