Gethin is a Solicitor in our Employment and Immigration team.
Gethin supports lawyers from across the Employment and Immigration team, working with a range of clients on a variety of employment and HR matters – both contentious and non-contentious.
As a trainee, he was seconded to The Royal Mint’s in-house legal team, working on a wide range of commercial, intellectual property and other legal issues. Gethin continues to regularly work on-site at the Mint, advising particularly on their licensing and other commercial agreements.
Being passionate about mental health, Gethin often delivers training and attends events on this topic, with a particular focus on employee wellbeing at work.
Gethin is part of the Welsh Law initiative at Capital, actively involved in promoting awareness of devolution and its impact on business in Wales. As a fluent Welsh and French speaker, he is also part of the international offering at Capital, and often attends conferences and events abroad. Much of his work involves cross-border issues.
Geth joined the Royal Mint on secondment for a 9 month period and was a key part of our Legal and Compliance Team during that time. Geth is an exceptional young lawyer but as well as being very technically able it is his drive, enthusiasm and commerciality which really sets him apart from his peers. I am delighted that we will continue to work with Geth now he is back at Capital Law utilising his experiences gained to support us with complex procurement and licensing arrangements.
