He acts on all aspects of corporate work and has acted on a variety of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, management buyouts as well as advising companies and individuals on corporate governance issues.

Hakeem also advises investors and private equity houses on their investments and portfolio management, as well as supporting management teams through corporate transactions.

He has experience acting for companies, funds and investors across a wide range of sectors in the UK and internationally and is familiar with supporting deal teams on complex transactions.

Hakeem speaks Punjabi and sits on Capital Law’s South East Asian desk.

I’d like to thank Tom, Hakeem and the team at Capital Law for their fantastic support throughout this transaction. Having worked with Capital Law on the initial MBO two years ago, we knew they were the best advisors to support on the subsequent sale of the business, and they played a major part in securing this successful outcome.
