Kate Sheehan-Harris

Kate is our Head of Compliance.

Kate is responsible for managing compliance across the firm, ensuring that Capital adheres to the necessary regulatory requirements while conducting business. Kate has a broad range of experience in compliance functions and a strong track record in managing operational/regulatory risk, leading complaint, and servicing functions, and supporting the client/customer journey.

Before joining Capital in April 2021, Kate held a variety of roles in financial and legal services.
