Kellsey Logue

Kellsey joined Capital as a Trainee in October 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team in July 2018. She previously worked as a Commercial & Legal Assistant in the Oil & Gas industry for three years.

Kellsey works with clients across the Commercial team on a variety of commercial and corporate work. She specialises in supply agreements, terms and conditions, commercial due diligence, Consultancy agreements, IP audits and Data protection.

  • Regularly drafts and advises on assignment and licencing of intellectual property rights for client across several sectors.
  • Undertaken several intellectual property audits on behalf of clients, identifying intellectual property rights in the client’s business and advising on strategy for good intellectual property management.
  • Drafting and advising on intellectual property licencing provisions relating to the development of software and mobile applications.
  • Drafting non-disclosure agreements protecting the disclosure of intellectual property rights in patentable inventions.
  • Regularly drafts privacy policies, commercial contracts incorporating GDPR compliant provisions and has advised on compliance with, and responding to, data subject access requests.
