Oliver Morris

Oliver is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property department. He has undertaken work for a range of clients, including educational institutions, developers and GPs.

Since joining Capital Law, Oliver has assisted with a number of leases granted by educational institutions and regularly advises GPs in respect of their property rights. He has also dealt with conditional contracts on complex transactions.

Oliver provides support to our Corporate team on the property aspects of corporate transactions.

  • Drafting and advising on a lease for a university for the use of their campus by a television production company.
  • Advising and completing a lease of a new site for a restaurant and bar for Knife & Fork Food Ltd.
  • Drafting and advising on conditional contract and transfer of remaining units on a site for a warehouse company, including advice in respect of disclosure of surveys.
  • Ongoing assistance in the management of a major dock development for the client, including regarding overage provisions.
  • Advising a UK leading port operator in respect of the sale of land, jointly with the current leaseholder of the land. Involved advising on tripartite agreements.
  • Assisting the drafting of Certificate of Title in respect of the re-financing of a campus for a further education college.
