Paul advises clients (including John Lewis, Rolls-Royce, Legal & General, Barclays, Sony Ericsson and GlaxoSmithKline) on a wide range of commercial matters such as implementing standard terms, services and marketing agreements and other commercial contracts, intellectual property and IT matters.

He has acquired depth of knowledge in shared services models and public procurement through working with public sector clients such as Carmarthenshire County Council, Welsh Government, the Forestry Commission and the Highways Agency. For instance, he acted as lead advisor to the DVLA on their £300million card consumables procurement. He has also given strategic advice and drafting support to local authorities, housing associations and further education bodies.
