Tom Kelleher

Tom is a Partner, who co-leads the Corporate & Commercial team.

Tom is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer, specialising in private equity and venture capital, acting for funds, companies, and management teams. He advises on equity investment, the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, and refinancing transactions, and has taken on numerous management advisory roles on private equity-backed deals.

Tom leads Capital’s private equity practice.

His clients include The Development Bank of Wales, Veezu Holdings, Smart Solutions (Recruitment) Ltd, and WestBridge Capital, who he has advised on 7 management buy outs and several substantial exits.

Tom is identified in the 2017/18 edition of The Legal 500 as being both “very technical” and “excellent at seeing the wood from the trees”.
