Toni Lewis
Toni is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team. She works on a variety of cases, including but not limited to: contractual disputes, defamation claims, debt recovery, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, fraud and multi-jurisdictional claims.
She joined Capital in October 2018 as a Paralegal in the Banking & Finance team before going on to train within our Real Estate, Employment & Immigration, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Disputes teams.
Toni is an active member of the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group and Domestic Violence Initiative.
In her spare time, Toni volunteers for two groups dedicated to distributing essentials to those in need in Cardiff City Centre.

- Acting for a UK company facing breach of contract claims from an ex-employee and successfully negotiating settlement.
- Assisting senior lawyers acting for 140 investors pursuing action against a fraudulent investment scheme.
- Acting for three ex-employees pursuing their employer for breach of contract in relation to a promise of equity in the business.
