Experience

  • Advising a multi-national technology business on expansion into the UK, including PRA and FCA authorisation, and its first-to-market regulated product
  • Drafting and advising on policy wordings for insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, MGAs and a regulatory body on various lines of business including: cyber, professional indemnity (traditional and gig economy), fine art and specie, and ‘pay per mile’ RTA.
