FAQ:
Who is the Employment Law Diploma for?

If you regularly handle HR and employment law issues and want to be sure you’re making the right call, this course is for you. The CPLS assessment also makes it ideal if you’re looking for an external mark of quality.

What does the Employment Law Diploma cover?

Cardiff Law School sets and marks the course assessments. To be awarded the certificate, you’ll need to successfully:

  • complete either a written assignment or develop of a portfolio
  • pass one closed-book multiple choice test under supervision
  • submit a second written assignment.

The content and delivery of the programme is excellent. Feedback from those attending was so positive that we asked Capital Law to run a bespoke programme specifically for Admiral…so that we could send a much larger group this year. And, an unexpected benefit we have found is that the programme is so practical our people started using what they learned immediately… even before they completed the programme!
